Founded in 1989, Carver Scott Humane Society is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based rescue with the mission of connecting animals in need with people who care. We envision a world where every animal is safe, cared for, and loved in the Twin Cities and beyond. And by working collaboratively with the community and rescue partners to provide refuge, medical care, foster homes, we make this possible. 

The work we do at the CAP Agency assists and empowers individuals and families to achieve social and economic well-being in partnership with our community. For almost 60 years we have focused on meeting basic needs; creating accessible, high-quality education; and providing safe and stable housing and energy support.

Our agency distributes toys and gift cards to roughly 210 families during the Holiday season.  This year we are in need of gifts for our 10- to 18-year-old children.  Generally, these kids are overlooked, and we would like to bless them this season.  

Please bring a gift card between $15 and $25 to support this age group or an unopened, unwrapped gift!
