BE/B Tech or any Engineering and Computer science stream
Required Skills
- Experience: 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Synon/2E (CA 2E) and IBM i (AS/400) environments
- Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in RPG, RPGLE, and CL • Database Knowledge: Experience with DB2/400 and SQL
- Tools: Familiarity with change management tools such as Implementer or Aldon/ACMS
- Domain Exposure: Experience in Retail, Finance, or Pharmacy Claims domains is a plus
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex production challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern IDEs like RDi or VS Code
- Knowledge of X-Analysis for impact and dependency analysis
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies
