- Manage the end to end Quote to Cash lifecycle, including quoting, contract creation, order processing, invoicing, accounts receivable coordination, and revenue recognition.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely deal execution and billing.
- Support proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract reviews to align pricing and billing terms.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, approval, invoicing, and financial control policies.
- Own the Quote to Invoice process, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and on time in line with contract terms and billing schedules.
- Collaborate with Finance and AR teams to resolve billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, credit adjustments, and collection related issues.
- Maintain and optimize CPQ, billing, and CRM systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Track and report key metrics such as quote velocity, approval cycle time, billing accuracy, invoice timeliness, and revenue leakage.
- Support month end and quarter end activities related to billing, invoicing, and revenue reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between field sales and back office teams to resolve deal and billing issues efficiently.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Q2C, or Finance related roles with hands on invoicing or AR exposure.
- Strong understanding of CPQ tools and billing systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Solid working knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable processes, and revenue recognition concepts.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment.
