System Maintenance
- Analyze and troubleshoot CPQ functional issues, coordinating with business teams and vendors as needed.
- Participate in quarterly updates, working with subject matter experts to validate functionality.
- Gather business requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess current processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Facilitate requirement analysis, prioritization, and complexity assessment.
- Document and model "As Is" and "To Be" business processes.
- Conduct business interviews and workshops to capture detailed requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Prepare use cases, process flows, prototypes, test scenarios, and documentation.
Testing
- Participate in and occasionally lead testing activities.
- Contribute to test plan creation and write test scripts and test cases.
- Manage defect tracking and reporting.
- Create and execute detailed test cases and scenarios.
- Lead quarterly update testing across all business units.
Support
- Train subject matter experts during rollouts and support new enhancements.
- Provide support for help desk tickets and issue resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting errors in integrations and workflows.
