- Tier 1 AP Functional Support
- Provide functional Level 1 support for the Accounts Payable module in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle EBS.
- Serve as the first point of contact for AP-related queries and issues in Oracle E Business Suite / Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Support the inquiries related to:
- Invoice entry
- Payments
- Vendor creation/maintenance
- AP approval workflows
- Issue Triage & Resolution
- Perform initial issue analysis, refer to standard procedures and job aids, and resolve common functional issues.
- Document findings, troubleshooting steps, and final resolutions clearly and accurately.
- Ticket Management
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage AP support tickets in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex or configuration-related issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 teams with proper documentation.
- Ensure timely updates, adherence to SLAs, and consistent communication with end users.
- Collaboration & Ownership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical support teams as required.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating accountability and reliability.
- Support U.S.-based client stakeholders during overlapping working hours.

Job Description
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in AP functional L1 / Tier 1 support.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) AP – Preferred
- OR Oracle EBS AP – Acceptable
- Solid understanding of AP functional processes (invoices, payments, vendors).
- Experience with ticketing tools and documenting support cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and job aids.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
- Ability to work with U.S. teams and support overlapping US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementation projects (not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of related modules such as GL, Procurement, or Cash Management.
